At Alvoure, we take pride in offering premium designer fashion with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, our returns process is designed to be simple, transparent, and stress-free.

Returns (30 days) 

We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In their original condition, unworn and unused

Returned with all original tags attached (where supplied)

Returned in the original packaging (where supplied)

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at support@alvoure.com. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@alvoure.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges within 30 days, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, contact us at support@alvoure.com
Before sending your item back. Items must be unworn and returned with original tags and packaging (where supplied).
If the requested size is unavailable, we’ll offer a refund or an alternative item.
For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a replacement or a full refund and we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Please allow 2–3 business days for your bank or credit card provider to finalize the refund after it is issued.

Return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item received.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.
